Supplies you will need:
- Cinnamon sticks
- Clippers or sturdy scissors
- String
- Hot glue gun and glue

Instructions:
The first thing I did was to trim the cinnamon sticks to the right lengths to create my crosses. The horizontal piece should be just a bit shorter than the vertical piece.

A bead of hot glue will hold the pieces together very well, but make sure to hold it in place while the glue cools, about 1 minute.

I used a festive red and white candy cane striped string for these ornaments, but you can use any string you like! A bit of hot blue on the front and back of the sticks will hold the criss cross string in place.

I used a natural twine to crate a loop and glued it to the to of my cinnamon stick to turn it into an ornament.

Make sure to hold the loop in place while the glue cools!

And that’s all there is to it! Perfect simplicity. These would also be so pretty on top of a gift or in a floral arrangement.
